We also use cookies for Google Analytics so that we can track how many visitors we have to our site, which pages are doing well and which need more work, ensuring our website performs at its best for everyone’s benefit.

When you contact us from the contact page or directly by email

We do our best to provide you with a secure contact form, we do not share any information you give us with 3rd parties and contacting us does not automatically sign you up to a newsletter or marketing emails of any kind. We only use the information you give us to reply to your enquiry the best we can.

That being said, we have to make it clear that it is your choice to use our contact form and that any information you give us you do so at your own discretion and at your own risk.

When you sign up to our Newsletter

We send out a newsletter to visitors who choose to subscribe to it. You can do this from the blog section and from the checkout page and we sometimes add links to other areas of the site to try to increase our audience. The default setting for our newsletter on any form you may complete is null which means you are not signed up to it, so you need not worry that by visiting our site or by buying a product you will automatically start receiving marketing emails. We have no plans to ‘punish’ anybody like that.

To sign up to our newsletter you only need to give us your email address. You can also give us your name but that is not necessary. This information is held securely in our account with MailChimp, our choice of mass email service provider. It is never shared with 3rd parties and never used for anything but sending you the newsletter you have asked receive. You can sign out of receiving our newsletter at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of each newsletter. Click here to find out more about Mailchimp.
