GENERAL RETURNS
If you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from SCANDIFIED we are happy to help you with a refund. Please read the relevant section below:

SMALL ITEMS RETURN
You may return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving it. If you return your order within 7 working days of receiving it, we will also refund your initial postage costs. Please fill out the returns form that came with the product and post it back with the item(s) to be returned in their undamaged original packaging to the address listed below on this page. If you didn’t receive or no longer have your returns form, please email: contact us and we will send one to you.
Please also ensure to use a recorded delivery service with a certificate of posting as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

FURNITURE RETURN
You have 14 days’ right of return. A full refund will be made to your account once we have received the returned item. All costs incurred for the return of an unwanted item are payable by the purchaser. SCANDIFIED reserves the right not to accept items on a cash on delivery basis.
Please ensure your item is packaged securely and sent using a recorded and insured method of delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

EXCHANGES
We will provide like-for-like exchanges on faulty items if we have stock available. You will not be charged for delivery.
Delivery costs on all other exchanges are payable by the purchaser and only the cost of the product to be exchanged will be deducted from the overall expense of the exchange. Where an exchange has a difference in the customer’s favour this difference will be refunded in full. Any exchanges with the difference owed to SCANDIFIED will await dispatch upon receipt of payment from the customer. The customer will receive an invoice for the outstanding amount.

REFUNDS
Once we have received your return order in full, we will send you an email to confirm that the refund/exchange is in process.
We will send another mail when the process is complete.

INCORRECT or FAULTY ITEMS
We will refund return postage costs if you have received incorrect or faulty items. Once we have received the faulty item, we will send a replacement where possible. Postage will not be added to the correct/replacement items sent out to you.
